You've got to go Heavy to gain mass

light and daily is more for someone who wants to just tone up and lose some weight.

The hardcore guys at the gym go for the former routine
with supplements like high protein, and muscle mass supplement type tabs.
No roids!!

No No!

roids makes the peas & carrot shrink :Q

dude if they're the size of peas they've already shrunk! wtf! you mean meatballs and carrots, or eggs and carrots, or grapefruits and....well ok if grapefruits then you've got tumors so that's bad too.

Heavy every 3 days. Better than that is heavy every 4-7 days. Every 3 heavy is really too often.

In regards to weight loss, eating 1-2 times/day is just wrong, period. It's not even debated anymore among those in the industry.
