weight loss pills?

are they all dangerous? and expensive?

i gave up on excercise and eating right since i can hardly ever find time (and sometimes motivation) to go to the gym and im very very picky about what i eat. :-/
 
they screw ya up....nothing comes easy....you eat right and exercise and you will lose weight...or just go on that atkins diet

my friend lost like 80 or so lbs by weight loss pills and not eating... i dont like the not eating part. like i said, i dont have time for the gym. its only open till 11 and i go to work right after school and then work till about 10... which doesnt give much time for a workout. atkins wont work, im a vegetarian 😛 but thanks anyway !
 
ok, well you can lose weight with those pills...but it does mess ya up....and not eating anything uhhh.....yeah..well you know

oooh fun! i have really low blood pressure that causes me to get really dizzy and sometimes pass out.. so now ill be skinny again AND fix my blood pressure 😛

It's just a helper,it won't replace sensible diet and exercise and if you've got medical problems you should discuss it with your doctor.
 
I wouldn't touch that sh!t if I were you. Spend an hour and plan out an efficient diet plan that fits into your time.
Maybe it will cost 25 cents more to buy peeled baby carrots. But now you spend 2 hours less peeling them heh.

Just have to analyze it and find what works for you. I doubt you don't have enough time. More like you don't want to allocate the time. Your prioritizing anandtech over food preparation right now 🙂

i dont eat very much. im allergic to a lot of vegetables which makes it especially difficult to find something healthy to eat since im a vegetarian :-/ on my days off i do have time, but then i am usually sleeping all day to make up for lost sleep. on normal days i go to school 7-12 and work 1-10. so like i said... i usually lack the time or motivation to work out... even if i do go every once in a while, that does very little to help me lose weight. thank you for trying to help though 😛

(btw.. im at school right now.. so prioritizing anandtech over graduating.. not food preparation, silly.)
