Next month is the month of Ramadan. I have to fast from Sunrise to Sunset. I really want to lose weight, as I am around 5'11" and weigh 185. Usually I gain weight during Ramadan, because all I eat is junk food when I'm allowed to eat. What is a good diet to stick to during Ramadan, so I can lose weight? Like what should I eat? I dont want to pass out due to malnutrition or dehydratrion, so it needs to be nutrituous. Any Suggestions?
