Your diet is to blame most likely, John Stone is on a crazy strict diet. Add intense workouts and you'll reach your goals in no time.

Yeah, 10/1/05 seems to be the best balance of body fat and muscle. It looks like after that he either kept bulking, or kept lifting while not strictly applying his diet.
