How much can YOU do on the leg extention? How much can you curl? How much can you bench!? What about leg press? How much on the military press soldier?

Well, you need to clarify that. That would explain all the 85+ answers.

Max Bench - Roughly 275, I haven't maxed it for about two months...
Leg Press should be somewhere around 500-600...I usually do 10x 500 for my last set.
Curls are hard to measure because it's easy to do crappy curls and say you curl 50 lbs. I usually do 105 pounds using a bar.

These are all crappy measures of strength, however. What you should have up there is...

Squat
Deadlift
Military Press

Not really back but UP! There are other variations, I can do 10 reps of 500LBS not too badly but it really screws up my head though! When I get up I get a fricken migrane that lasts for about 20 minutes! Legs are sore after doing about 30 reps (3 10 sets) today. Curl I can do about 35LBS, my legs are much stronger I guess..

You forgot the how many politicians can you call "Girly Men" in one sitting option? A far more impressive stat than how much can you bench press IMO.

BP = 95kg :p not that great but I don't do it often,

Leg extension and leg press are sh!tty exercises.

When I was 15 and a lot weaker I could leg extend 120kg for 10reps and for sets. No big deal as the leg extension is easy.

Leg press the max on the machine and that was 250kg I think?

Oly squat 150kg for 2 reps and go to rock bottom.

I can MP 'strictly' 67.5kg for one rep. I can do 60kg for 3 reps with a PAUSE inbetween each rep to kill the stretch reflex action which helps do reps.

I should get at least 70kg before xmas. I'll get a video for when I try it out.

I hope to get a 200kg front squat to rock bottom within 5yrs :D = at least 230kg back squat!

MP BW  some day.

Bp 1.5x bw

I can curl 55kg for one rep so that is alright.

The other way around.

You sit and your leg starts off with a bend at the knee. The greater the knee bend the harder it is to start the 'leg extension'.

Now you just use your quads to straigthen out your legs.

OMG. That is a 1 1/3 six pack poll. That's how many beers I'd need to sit there and create a poll that big. :Q

I have no idea how much I can leg curl/leg extend/etc. But I know I could extend my leg far enough to wedge my foot up your @ss for making such a damn long, annoying poll!

I can bench press ~275 which is so-so for a guy my size (6'4" 285). My curl is pretty pathetic though, I pretty much max out at 35 pound dumbells and even that's a struggle. I've seen guys weighing 50 pounds less than me using 40's and 45's. My biceps aren't small either, just not very strong. If anyone knows of a good arm workout, I'd love to hear it.

took too long to put max on everything!

notice how as you go down your long ass poll, fewer and fewer responses?

next time, ask one simple question.

Well, when I used to go to the gym 6 months ago, I was benching around 330-340lbs max, 1 rep. Curled in the 70-75 range (1 rep per arm), leg pressed 900lbs (10 plates on each side), deep squatted around 300, deadlifted 375. I'm 5-6 201 lbs (at the time).

Since deciding I wanted to try and switch careers to become a phys therapist, it was in my best interest to quit the powerlifting because a full ROM is needed. Since then I've slimmed down from 201 lbs to around 180, and stick with lighter weights/cardio FWIW.

Is this once or multiple reps? I can do the max on each once (I'll feel it the next day though :) ), but I'm in the middle if I do my normal 10 X 3 sets.

Meh,
i have no idea in terms of maxing out

i'm 5'11" 165lbs the best i usually go for:

6-7 reps bench at maybe 160lbs (including the weight of the bar) * 2 maybe 3 sets
bench pressing really hurts my hshoulder thought so most of the time i dumbell presses
3 * 8-10 reps 80lbs each

75-80lbs 8-10 reps *3 sets (curling bar)

the other stuff i dont know
