Seems like this kind of thing would be close to 'insider' trading. Except, instead of knowing what is going to be on an earnings report, or that the company is about make X announcement of debut Y product or whatever...it's knowing that they are about to be hacked...because he published the info on where they're vulnerable.

It's an interesting thing.

Of course, the whole market is a sham and can be manipulated through perfectly 'legit' means. But I'm sure someone will find a way to have this guy's ass for trying to fucking with their money.
