Weeklong writing exam - Persuasive Essay. What should i make my topic?

I have to choose a topic and write a persuasive essay this week in 3rd hour. What do you guys suggest as a topic? Needs to be controversial, preferably a creative topic. (something other than abortion or gun control )

For/against irradiated foods
Lift/Don't lift trade embargo against Cuba
Right/Non-right to random drug testing in private companies
Unions are good/bad for the country
Microsoft should/shouldn't be broken up.

should newspapers /TV news shows edit the content of articles to support the view of the writer/producer?

should the federal government pre edit TV programs to include anti drug messages in the program content &amp; not tell the viewing public it is being done ? ( yes the feds have been doing this )

should states /police be able to seize property when there is no proof of criminal action ? ie, no criminal conviction ?
