But when you come in from the cold, you just wanna snuggle up in a blanket in front of a fireplace or a movie or soemthing. Big plus in my point of view.

i've been to both,

D.C. has so much to offer

heck, Georgetown alone has more to offer!

if you've never been to DC - one day at some of the museum's sites etc (air space rocks, vietnam memorial will leave you in tears),
one day in Georgetown walking around (bar hopping if you like) - fantastic time..
