Sometimes one doesn't have enough to do - so one does silly things like putting a proof coin on a green file folder and taking a picture of it. Here's the picture st minimum distance with a 50mm prime:

Good call - I saw that - but that would be too much like work. 🙂

One point of interest was that the shot was made at ISO 50! I guess that helps define the lint even after cropping. <vbg>

 
Looks good, but would probably be even better on a black background. Lighting looks good on this one.
 
I think I would agree, tdawg - it just so happens I did the other side of the coin when it wass seated in its black US Mint display case.

They would also probably be better if removed from the clear plastic cases - but I didn't want to do that and risk fingerprints on the proof coin.
