week 45 visiontek ti200?

I had a week 29 but I traded a buddy who doesn't overclock for his week 45, this one runs fine @ 235/510 but not any past that, I removed the heatsink and used fedron to remove the existing heat transfer pad, cleaned the core up with rubbing alcohol and applied some thermal compound and stuck it back on, looks like the ram sinks are glued on so I probably don't want to go messing with those

so it seems week 44 is the ultimate production week or something or maybe i'm doing something wrong?

This one is clearly better than the week 29, week 29 won't clock above 230/460
