Weeee, just installed my Zalman 7000AlCu

I'm trying to install a Zalman 7000A-AlCu, and can't figure out how to get off the stock Intel hsf. What do you do after you move the two latches? I can move the HSF around a bit up/down, but I don't see what else I can do to get this thing off.

edit: i just finished installing it, wow this thing is quiet. now i realize where my real sound is coming from, the damn 9700pro! now i'm gonna order a vga silencer so i can get this pc to just puurrrrr instead of whine.
