Penne Rigata w/home made sauce (tomato, basil, green/red/yellow bell pepper, shallots, fresh peppercorn pepper, sea salt) and soy meat balls; and a greek salad.
I just made myself a "Southern" Omelette:
4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
Whisk briskly and cook slowly, lifty aggressively. When almost done, add:
1/4 cup crumbled crisp bacon
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper (green)
1/4 cup sharp cheddar
Cover and continue cooking until cheese melts. Fold, plate, enjoy!
(Just finished 30 min. ago and could eat another already!)
