Webspage software - need advice

I'm looking to get some sort of webpage software to build a site that I'm thinking of using for e-business. From what I can tell, Frontpage 2000 and Dreamweaver 4 are the most prevalent. Which is better, or is there something else? Ease of use is not a big concern, as I will probably buy a book or two on the software once I buy it. Thanks for your input
