websites not loading...

I'm not sure if this is a software (utorrent), hardware or networking issue. Every time I have utorrent on and either uploading or downloading (at any speed), websites will refuse to load via firefox or internet explorer.

All I get is a waiting for (so and so.com)... message and an eventual "server not found" error. I'm not sure what could be causing it. The entire internet isn't down, because my roommate's computer and my laptop can still browse the internet fine when utorrent is running on my desktop. So only my desktop is having this issue. I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate x32.

Sounds like uTorrent is trying to open too many connections at once.

Check your Event Viewer for TCP/IP Warnings/Errors.
