Websites all asking for reauthorization

I did some Windows updates on my laptop this morning first thing. Afterwards, every website with a login and password didn't recognize my computer, and made me re-authorize it. My desktop has also been updated. but websites on it are not asking for reauthorization.

Any ideas why this is happening on my laptop?
 
Just to verify; you're saying you've lost all all of your saved web passwords? Which OS, and browser (include the version number) are you running?

I've run across this behavior as well. For me the saved passwords were all intact, it was just the "stay logged in" toggle that was reset.
 
The log ins are all saved. I use Norton Identify Safe. When I attempted to log in, the website said it didn't recognize the computer and it needed to be authorized. I had to re-authorize several sites - all financial. The last time this happened was when I replaced the harddrive with the OS.

Windows 8.1, and IE 11.
 
So for me the question would be, what updates did you install? Did you happen to install a network card update or power off your router recently?
