Website to teach me dos?

hmm... that begining part kind of confused me. It said that dos is considered the bad guy at microsoft, but that doesn't make sense to me, because isn't windows based on dos? Also, isn't the command prompt dos?

Earlier verisons of windows relied more on dos than they do now. I suppose DOS is all right to learn, but it's becoming less common. If you want to play with CLI get a linux distro

If by learning DOS, you mean the basic commands like changing directories, making directories, deleting files, copying directories, some basic .bat files work, etc, then it's easy. You don't even have to really 'learn' it, you can just print out a sheet of the commands and use them when you need to.

But if you mean 'learn' DOS, as in knowing how to install software, using memory managers, how to install devices, that'll take a bit more work. Remember, back then Plug and Play didn't exist... so for installing, you usually need to assign IRQs.

I'm not sure why you would want to learn DOS anyways, it's pretty much dead. Learn Linux instead.

Is the command promp dos? I heard sombody say it is not actually dos anymore. I guess I want to learn how to use the command prompt. That would be in the second way that you described learning it.

No, the command prompt in XP is not even really needed. Sure, i go to it if i need to do a ping, traceroute, or telnet session, but it's not necessary. And if you're wanting to learn XP CLI, it's certainly not the second part of what i described... aside from some very basic stuff, you can't install much from the CLI, certainly not hardware. If you want to learn the XP CLI, just print out a list of commands.
