Website to exchange cellular phone plans??

Hello all,
I know that a lot of cellular plans allow you to get out of your contract if get someone else to take your plan. Anyone know of a website dedicated to "trading" phone plans? I would like to get a Nextel plan, but they are not very good right now.

Just a heads up...Verizon is coming out with their Push To Talk phones in the next month or so. Should help bring Nextel's prices down.

I was told by a contact in Verizon it will be closer to the end of September, early October. He also said that they may offer an upgrade path for existing customers. Me wubs my T720 (soon to be VX4400 cause the T720's battery is killing me) in hopes of getting a Push To Talk.

I really need Unlimited Incoming more then I need the DC. I am hoping that Nextel will change their automatic 2 year contract policy on the Free Incoming plans.
