is there a website that i can create my own upc code? (i have the upc #.)

You realize that if such a site existed, it would completely destroy the basis of validation for rebates?
 
You do understand that the thickness of the line is directly corresponding to the numbers. Look at how bar codes work at howstuffworks.com
