Website that reviews networking equipment like cable testers?

Is there some site out there that reviews things like cable testers and certifiers? Looking for the best thing I can buy for under $100.

No, that'd be useful. Nobody cares about anything but being able to overclock the hell out of their computer and whether a fan is louder than another one. A cable tester isn't widely popular enough to draw in hits.

I'd imagine it might be because theres not AS big of a market for them. Also, because They are costly items!
Anyway, would a networking magzine have reviews maybe? I've seen Network computing and some other magazine, i just gotta send the subscription card in.

Best equipment out there is Fluke, but you are gonna pay for it
