Website that has cable providers by zip code?

I'm trying to find out for a couple different people if their area supports cable broadband, but I don't know who the provider for their area is (and can't ask them, as it's a surprise), so is their a website that will tell me based on zip codes? I tried all the ones I could think of (Cox, AT&T and Roadrunner), but no luck.

i used this while looking for an apartment, you'd be suprised how one place is within range for service, then across the street it isn't.
