Website that gives reason NOT to have frames?

Want to show a friend why frames suck on website (well, being used in the wrong way, at least). I know some of you have run across some horrendous pages, so let me know!

I remember there used to be some DAMN HORRENDOUS uses of frames, but used properly I think they are an important addition to HTML.

With the use of server side scripting and database driven sites, there's no place for frames in a professional website.

I'm not really sure I'd say that, because frames are still a good navigational tool - for instance check out www.handsmiths.com, they have frames at the top. I suppose in truth they didn't have to pick frames though...
