Hello, long time reader, first time poster.

I don't have a suggestion for the forums, but instead for the website. I've been trying to find information on articles, more specifically, the methodolgy behind the benchtests and the results obtained.

I do a fair bit of benchtesting myself for curiosity sake, and was wondering, for example, how are these Bioshock results obtained?

URL: http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=3151&p=6

Same with the COD4 results.

Don't get me wrong, i'm not implying that Anandtech is doing anything dodgy, it's the first place i come for results, but i'm just wondering if there is a section that shows how results are obtained for games, or to suggest that such a section be created :)

Thanks.

I think you will have better luck directly e-mailing the authors (Anand & Derek Wilson in this case) or posting in the comments section (of the review). Unlike most other tech sites, AT Editors (with the exception of Gary Key) don't really post in the forums. Gary Key himself posts occasionally, usually only when announcing a new Motherboard roundup or article.

And yeah, nice username. :D
