Website Statistics software

Does anyone have a suggestion for a software package that will give me statistics for a website that will work with apache?

Example:

• What gets downloaded
• How many times
• From which country
• etc...

It will need to be compatible with Debian or Ubuntu Server.

Oh. Just found http://awstats.sourceforge.net/ Anyone have any experience with it?
