I bought 2 dvd's from this Asian website, they are being ridiculous because they refuse to send me my second DVD, it's been nearly a month.

USA stationed. who do I report it to? there's gotta be an ecommerce business overlooker or something that handles this kind of stuff.

if you didn't pay with a credit card, you're screwed and it's your own fault. otherwise probably noone is going to get in a tiff over 15 bucks.

i paid with my debit card through wells

debit cards do not offer the same rights to dispute as a credit card
you can call your bank and see what they say, but you are 99.9% screwed

Not exactly correct. I assume this debit card has the Visa or Mastercard logo?

Debit Mastercard zero liability

I looked for a link with Visa, but didn't see anything in my quick search. however, the policies should be pretty similar.

what?
that just addressed "unauthorized" purchases, i.e. someone stole the card. in this case, the user DID authorize this purchase. i don't see how that protects in this case, whereas a credit card purchase can be disputed

Pay only for purchases which you have authorized on your MasterCard card. So long as your account is in good standing, you have exercised reasonable care in safeguarding your card, and you have not reported two or more unauthorized events in the past twelve months, unauthorized purchases are not your responsibility.

Take the law into your own hands. Be vigilant. Find this little Asian sh!thead and Fvck his sh!t up. Then take his money to cover your weapons/travel costs, also pick up a few more DVD's.

OP authorized purchase of two DVD's, but received only one DVD. Reading comprehension FTW!

You ronly recourse it to call you back and see if they can reverse the charge. Is your debit card not also a credit card? Or do you not have a credit card? You should always pay for everythign with a credit exactly because of this reason...
