Website Redirects to: data:text/html (Solved)

I have about 10 websites that I frequent. No porn or weird ones, just regular news and stuff. Lately after I click one or two of my regular sites, after about 10 or 15 seconds, it will redirect me to a blank page. This is what is in the URL.

data:text/html, '<head></head><body style='width: 160px; height:600px;overflow: hidden; border:none; padding:0px; margin:0px;'><div style='width: 160px; height:600px;overflow: hidden; border:none; padding:0px; margin:0px;'><iframe id='ad_embed_frame' scrolling='no' style='width: 160px; height:600px;overflow: hidden; border:none; padding:0px; margin:0px;' src="data:text/html,<head></head><body style='width: 160px; height:600px;overflow: hidden; border:none; padding:0px; margin:0px;'><div style='width: 160px; height:600px;overflow: hidden; border:none; padding:0px; margin:0px;'>&lt;ins class=&

I checked my system with Malwarebytes and McAfee. It comes out clean. I noticed on my home computer (I don't share files between home and work) it does the same thing. I even cleaned history.

What else can I do?

It's not parsing the HTML correctly.

Is there malware acting as a proxy?
Maybe a malfunctioning browser plugin/extension/add-on?

I used the HiJack program, found a line that had: data:text/html and deleted that line. It fixed the problem. Kudo's to Deustroop above for the tip.
