Website Made My IE New Windows Hidden!

Some website I went to has made it so every new window I open from a link is now hidden somewhere on my screen so I can't see it. I have to go to the taskbar and right click, then Maximize it so I can see it. If I minimize it, it disapears again. I can't find it on any of the screen edges to manually resize it. Any ideas on how to reset this?
