Website Host Hijacked

Hey all, this is a new one to me. So the host and domain registrar is Godaddy and the page for this small business is dynamically generated with PHP which is why I don't know exactly where to look for this thing. The front page loads fine but all links lead to a shopping website completely unrelated to the business. This happens with all browsers on all machines aside from Godaddy's techs apparently (good cover by the hijackers?). Godaddy claims the site files have not been modified in quite a bit. Zone file looks good, I am clueless. What does this sound like?
