if you go to any resolution above or below 1024x768, it disfigures. What do I do to fix this?

Here's the problems:

Any table, td or tr tag with a width in pixels. Either reset all the widths with your editing window about 580 or 740 pixels wide, or use percentages. Best to learn up on HTML while you're at it.
