website help again:o

The menu MUST be directly below the header, whether it is off to the side or horizontal, having it down like that (likely distorted/mispositioned from the video) is wretched design.

I watched the video for 10 seconds and determined that (unless I have to wait longer for something to happen) that it shouldn't be ANYWHERE on the site. The exact same thing can be done with one line of text which will load faster and not ruin the layout.

I'm going to venture a guess that this video is played with a bunch of other ones on TVs around the school.

The content of the front page seems to just be a collection of open flash apps for pimping media... surely there is much more news to be given.

Keep going or did you get what you needed?

I was just about to add the same thing to my post after watching the site for 30 seconds. I'm all for flash and multimedia on websites when it fits, but pointless stuff like this turns me off to sites very quickly.

1. I am redoing the site and am axing the [slashdot] menu. I'm going to go with a horizontal menu system, which will prevent the issue that Injury mentioned, from occurring. (assuming that I don't screw it up)

2. I had actually just put the video up there to see how well flash video would load on the school computers.....ran like crap😛

Thanks again
