Website for Traffic Tickets

There was a post in one of the messages a few weeks ago that had a lot of good tips on how to get out of traffic tickets. I couldn't find it searching for speeding ticket, ticket, and a few other things ... anyone know what it was? I know that Google is my friend, but most of those websites were systems that you had to buy. This was a set of forms that, most importantly, explained why you could contest all of your violations via mail. Thanks in advance if you can help me out.

Thank you Enryptic and Avatar. To Mercenary for Hire .... you realize that there are legitimate instances where tickets are given unfairly. If I was in fact breaking an infraction I would pay the ticket. However I refuse to if I am not. But thank you for insinuating that I should not exercise my rights.
