not halfbaked.org and the like, but just ones for posting *software* ideas

anyway. it exists! I know at least one of these sites is really big and popular...damn if I could only remember the name or find it on google
 
I have a website/company and we are always looking for ideas. How it works: we make your software, you get a free copy. We then get the rights to it. This isn't set in stone (obviously if it is a million dollar idea you should get some of the income.) PM for more information if you have an idea.
