I am looking for a website that lists the local home purchase prices in Houston, TX. I've run across the site before, but can't seem to find it now. Anyone know what that site is?
Also, after browsing through some other home buying threads I saw a mortgage writer mentioned. Does a mortgage writer have to work for the same institution that will be issuing the loan?
