I started blogging a few months ago and have sponsors sniffing about now. To that end I decide to finally grab a domain & hosting. I've managed to get the site up and move over to wordpress from Blogger but at this point am horribly confused. I want a custom header and subscriber options, I d like the ability to grab widgets and such.

LOL, I think I'd like somebody else to get this thing running the way I'd like it so I can focus on the pile of products awaiting my review!

Do you know the basics of HTML and CSS? Wordpress has various pre-made templates that you can tweak to your own fitting without too much trouble.

here's a tip. sign up for the thesis affiliate program (through shareasale) and link the word "thesis" in the footer to your affiliate link.

when someone clicks through and buys, you get paid $30 for normal version and $50 for developer version.

Your site's not looking bad at all. Being particularly untalented at design myself, I usually browse site templates at templatemonster.com until I find something that I mostly like. (You'd want to browse the WordPress themes section.) I then purchase it and modify the rest to my liking. I find it to be easily worth the price of investment.
