Website design request

If you're going to develop a website centered almost entirely on browsing through images, please do me a fucking favor and don't create a header to the page that is generally taller than the images you're hosting. I won't view your shit, no matter how shitty it is if I have to scroll down every damn time I click the "Next" link to see the next picture. That is all.

It involves fat people and Walmart. I refuse to post it again because first, the very topic angers me, and second, I would be wasting your time with that particular example.

I just know that I've run across too many of these sites, including some really mainstream ones and I don't know why my dual 22" LCD monitors aren't good enough to rate not fucking scrolling down every time I want to see the next photo. Dual 1680x1050 is damn good resolution, not the best, but near the damn top and some moron can't account for that when they create a basic picture sharing website, still, to this day.
