Thanks.. I keep getting a timeout on my machine - but from a different machine on the same network it's working properly. Appears to be timing out at one of Cox's hops - doesn't make any sense though.

May sound dumb but try resetting your CPE box. I get all kind of strangeness from time to time with RR and resetting my CPE / PC seems to clear it up.
