i use a publisher 98' to build and i use the ms web publishing wizard to upload i follow all the at&t guidline but i still can't upload, i even use the cuteftp but to no avail. i was thinking maybe the publisher is not fit to publish it to the web so what can i do to convert this?

like can i use ms publisher 98' to build a website or is it possible to transfer file from publisher to something else?

What error are you getting? If you can tell us what error you are getting, we could help. (If you used CuteFTP, maybe your user name/pass is incorrect)

along the same lines as what 'bitch' said... you might have to use the full email address, not just your login id or vice versa (looks like you are using the server space provided by AT&T, your ISP?)...
