One of the Win98 comptuer we have here is all the sudden flaking out.
Internet Explorer just randomly won't load pages, or will even die loading a page in the middle of loading it. Sometimes images show up, sometimes they don't, etc. and its not any specific website, one time it might work, the next it might not, the next time maybe you'll get half the imges, etc. all in a period of just minutes.
If I swap it out with another computer it works fine, so its not the cnonection. Any diea what this could be?
Netscape 6.2 tell me the 'connection was refused when tryig nto contact... ' but I dont understand why it woudl be refused one time, then work the next, then maybe half-work the next time, etc.
