Webpages load only halfway!

Beats me whats wrong, netscape and IE, webpages only load half way. Running Win2000. But if I log-in using another account, no problems.

How to fix it on the broken account?

IF you have a firewall try disabling it.

You might also try clearing your temporary internet files.
