Question about webpage programming. How do some webpages get the dialog box to pop up when you roll over a link, such as http://www.alexa.com when you role over the 'site info' link.

I'm trying to dig around google, but I get the impression I'm googling for the wrong stuff.
 
dunno what the negativity is all about... but the two most popular ways to do mouseover effects are javascript and/or CSS. try searching for "javascript mouse over" or "CSS mouse over"...
