Webpage Anchors problem

Sorry, didn't quite know where to put this message, but I'm having a problem getting my anchors to work in IE5, the page works fine in Netscape but just won't work in IE. Anyone ever have this happen before. The code is the same, its a menubar on the left calling a anchor in the main area. Sorry I can't provide a link for you to look at, but like I said it works fine in Netscape.
