Question Webinar Software

This may be the wrong sub-forum to post this in, but I didn't see one that really fit this question.

I have to host 2 three hour webinars for a non-profit association that I belong to. The webinar features a power point and 3-4 people explaining the slides. The presenters will need to be able to draw on the slides.

In the past we used Adobe Connect. It seemed overly complicated with a dated interface. It cost $130/mo. Adobe quit reselling through Digital River which had a monthly plan. They sell through other resellers like Claris that only have an annual plan. I would have to pay for a year in advance when I only need to use it over a 2 week period.

I have looked into Zoom and Google Meet. Neither of the first tier allow for meetings over an hour or 100 attenders. I need both of those.

One thing that Adobe Connect has that I haven't seen anywhere else is the ability to upload the entire powerpoint and present online. This is great in that any of the presenters can control the slide advance vs. sharing from a screen.

I must have:

100 attenders
3 hour meetings
Annotation/Drawing tools
Record the sessions
Make it available for viewing at a different time after the fact for people that miss

Can someone make a recommendation?

I looked at Go To Webinar, but they want me to pay for an annual contract. I don't want to pay for a year when I only need it for two weeks and to archive for a couple months. Adobe Connect is the same.
