my boss has this site http://www.winter-winkler.com and he has told me that he people from dellhost arnt going to do anything.

so he told me to find a new host to run the site. what steps do i have to take in order to get the domain transferred to a new host?

and what who do u suggest to run the site? the purpose of the site is to host a information page about a law firm, so i dont think the site will get a huge hits or anything.

1) Send a PM to dquan97 who can hook you up with a nice account on fast reliable servers located at ThePlanet.com

2) The domain admin contact (Jason Winkler wintwink@BELLATLANTIC.NET) will need to contact their domain registrar NetworkSolutions.com to update the DNS name servers to dquan97's (which he will provide you with).

3) dquan97 sets up your account, you can begin immediately transferring files and setting things up on cPanel.

4) Wait 48-72 hours for propogation.

5) You're done.
