DDoS by reason of Holiday??
I went looking for a tri-tip guide and got a : SERVICE 503 error message.
Went in through GOOGLE and got the same thing.

Now I've gotta find some help before I screw up $50.00 worth of flesh.....

tri tip is pretty damn easy to cook. Its better to marinate as it's not the best cut, but it works either way.

Then either cut it into strips and throw it on the grill or cook as a big piece and cut it afterwards. Not too hard.

Rubbed with stuff found in cupboard.
Seared over med hi coals for 5 mins each side.
Flipped and cooked covered in Weber for 12 mins ea side. Total time 34 mins @ 350*F.
Removed to serving dish, covered w AL foil and let set for 20 mins.
One was med well, the other well done just as asked. Yay me!
