Webdesign Dreamweaver 3: creating 2 links and 1 is an anchor link?

I use Dreamweaver 3 from macromedia. My question is how to make 2 links within the same picture and 1 of the links is an anchor link. I found out that with the behavior tool you can make several GO TO URL behaviors (links). But is it possible with this tool to link to an anchor on a different page.

Do you mean to say you're having one image, one linking to say - /test.html and the other to /anothertest.html?
 
Yep. It is possible. Found out how it works in dreamweaver 3. Select image, attach behavior GO TO URL and fill in the link. Then attach another behavior GO TO URL with a link to an anchor or just a link to a different page.

Very simple, It cost me a day.
