Webcast question! Please help!?

Hey guys, quick question: Do any of you know how to capture streaming video off of the internet? Like, you'll be watching it and then afterwards you can save it as an *.mpg, or *.avi or whatever. My boss has some big webcast meeting today and he wants to do that. Let me know if you have any ideas, and thanks alot!
