Most all webcams come bundled with that type of software. If yours did not, try going to the manufactures web site (people that make your webcam) and see if they have a download.

Or...

As with all webcams (especially USB version), they are TWAIN supported. That means you can use almost any picture editor and import the capture to it. Even windows has a program that will do this, it's called Imaging for Windows (by Kodak). Under the FILE menu you would select "Accuire Image."

If you want to use something else that is free, check out IfranView.
