Webcam?

My place of employment wants me to point a camera at the construction happening on our property so that anyone can view the progress at anytime, anywhere in the world. Does anyone have experience with what may be the easiest way to solve this? I'm looking at webcams that plug directly into an ethernet port. Any recommendations? The ideal product would plug directly in to an ethernet port and talk directly to the cloud so that I don't need to mess with my firewall. I'd love it to be economically priced, but will pay more for convenience and ease of setup.
