I had an older Kodak DVC-325 webcam that is no longer supported. I downloaded what they had (said it would work with XP), but it locks up my system during install.

Any suggestions on a cheap but decent WebCam, or suggestions on buying one for a new AMD 64 system with USB 2.0 ?

I would like to get a new one in the $20-50 range.

Logitech Quickcam Communicate. I think that's what it's called - if it doesn't exist then just shout at me or something.
 
QuickCam Communicate STX.
Amazon has it for $40.

I use it for speaking with family back home, and even when putting on full screen (19" CRT), the video is actually very good. Built in mic works great too.
