Webcam setup

I am trying to setup a webcam and have it run on my machine like an http server. Is there software to do this? I want to have it so someone can type in my IP and see the video stream. Thanks

Some brands of webcam have software bunled. My logitech do have a button to setup a "broadcast" so to speak. But then again I haven't tried that function for myself tho.
