Well i went out and bought a Logitech Communicate webcam ( Logitech Communicate ) so that i could video chat with my friends online. Well when i hooked it up to chat with my friends, my fps are really low, like 2fps per second while my friends seems like 30 fps, and shes got a cheap discontinued radio shack brand webcam that she bought got 30 bucks! I thought upload speed was probably the cause but my upload is faster than hers. Offline i get the advertised 30fps, its online when it slows down. Anyone have any idea what it could be? Thanks In Advance
